P-03: Aerial systems

NIMBUS

Fixed-wing and multirotor airframes under one ground station, coordinated as a swarm rather than flown as individual aircraft.

Airframes

Four classes,
one ground station

We are not building a single aircraft. We are building the fleet layer, and enough airframes to prove it across the duty cycles that matter.

NIMBUS is in development. Every figure above is a design target derived from the airframe and pack, not a measured flight.

Swarm

Tasks, not
waypoints

The unit of work is a task assigned to the swarm. Allocation, deconfliction and hand-off happen below the operator.

GROUND STNTASKS ARE ASSIGNED TO THE SWARM, NOT TO AIRCRAFT

One operator, many aircraft

An operator declares an outcome (cover this corridor, hold eyes on this structure, deliver to this point), and the ground station decomposes it into sorties. Aircraft are interchangeable; if one lands to swap a pack, the task is re-bid, not restarted.

The same task grammar drives C.A.N.I.S. patrols, which is how an air and ground picture end up in one console instead of two.

Payloads

What goes
under the wing

Payload interfaces are shared across the airframes so a sensor qualified once flies on all of them.

Y-01

EO/IR gimbal

Surveillance

Stabilised day and thermal imaging with on-board detection running on APEX: only events come down the link, not raw video.

Y-02

Multispectral

Agriculture

Five-band imaging for crop stress and yield estimation, georeferenced against the survey plan.

Y-03

Cargo cradle

Logistics

Six-kilogram release cradle with a fail-safe latch and a drop log signed on-board.

Y-04

Mesh relay

Comms

Airborne relay that extends a ground mesh over a ridge line, keeping a C.A.N.I.S. patrol connected.
