Core services

Four things it
actually does

Logistics software is usually built for sterile flat concrete. NEXFLOW was built from day one to orchestrate mixed terrain facilities where stairs, yards, and loading bays meet.

N-01

Fleet dispatch

Multi-agent routing with dynamic deadlock avoidance and millimetre-precision traffic scheduling.

N-02

Dynamic slotting

Real-time re-organisation of inventory based on predictive pick velocity and payload weight distributions.

N-03

Handoff protocol

Synchronized parcel hand-off between wheeled transport carts and humanoid pick-and-place manipulators.

N-04

Energy scheduling

Automated battery state-of-health tracking, opportunity charging curves, and automated swap-bay queuing.

Safety & Oversight

Where the
human sits

Critical actions require explicit authorization. The autonomous system proposes high-confidence plans; humans approve exceptions.

Authorization Model
Autonomous scopeStandard picking, routing, battery queuing, obstacle avoidance
Supervisor reviewHazardous payload transit, barcode discrepancy, unknown obstacle
Hard e-stopPersonnel breach within 1.5m safety curtain, mechanical stall

Zero silent assumptions

If a pallet is damaged or a QR code is obscured, NEXFLOW creates an immediate operator escalation ticket with high-resolution sensor imagery rather than attempting blind re-tries.

Operators can teleoperate or grant plan overrides directly from a tablet or browser dashboard.
